well.. i was telling some friends from bolivia to enter my site (i am waiting a friend who know how tu put the ads =) )and.. they tell me that the site dont open!! :tear:
My question is if ur blocking ips from bolivia :hyper: , like some servers do with chinese ip wneddanc

No, it is the DNS issue. Some countries only update DNS every 72 hours or even longer.
