I posted this earlier but cannot see in my Support Ticket section. Don't know why.
I am posting this again...... Please if someone could help.
My site is working after a halt..... but it shows this mesage at the top whenever I visit my site:

I have checked my tmp folder permissions which are 0755.
The interesting thing is that my site was working fine without any issues just befor I started fiddling around with user accounts through admin section of OR.
As I changed one of my admin account, all of a sudden I ended up win 500.shtml page.
After that I went into the database, emptied all the tables and restored them back. I also restored the admin account to its original form.
After all this I started facing issues as above...:dunno:
Anybody who has faced this problem before please let me know.
If you can guide me in the right direction ( a link to the post already there) will be highly appreciated.
