Persistent 404 error

I'm still registering a 404 error when I go to my website (http://cftxp.net). My permissions for the public_html folder are at 750 while it's 755 for the cftxp.net folders and its sub-directories. Also, my A and CNAME records don't appear on the DNS zone editors but for some reason I can still access the sites I've used them for. I know that the servers are supposed to be back to normal so I don't know exactly what the problem with my site is.

Please open a support ticket with "DNS problem" in the subject line.

ns1.x10hosting.com lists your domain but is still pointing to Boru instead of Level

Thanks for the advice. I opened the ticket and I'm currently waiting for a response but in the meantime, is there a possibility that this could have something to do with my domain name provider? I'm just wondering if I should just reset the NS servers on my account.
