Is there some way of downloading a Personal Web Server for Windows 98 from the internet?

?? you want to host from your house?? I don't think we're allowed to discuss other hosts on the forum... but I can tell you that x10 uses apache and its free open source and cross platform...

I am not sure if it runs on win 98, but I like WAMP for testing my sites before I upload them.

You can just download Apache, install it, and run it. You will need to instal php if you plan on serving php sites.

Xitami works on windows98. Not much else does nowadays
