pgsql extension needed

Hi when i try to install my script in a postgres db i get this error:Your server configuration does not include the pgsql extension. Mahara requires this in order to store data in a relational database. Please make sure that it is loaded in php.ini, or install it if it is not installed. this is the url http://cinga.x10hosting.com/bobzzz28/mahara/

I have the intermediate php settings.One more thing after i create a db i get suspended in 15 minute increments,is this common?

anybody?please im flying to africa tomorrow and would really like to sort this out before i go as i wouldnt have access to internet for a while there.

I'm moving this to level 2 support. I'll have to take a better look at this. We don't have many users using postgres yet so I'm sure there might be some bugs with it still.
