PHP Application Still Pending

I put in a application for PHP v3 almost a month ago and nothing. It said 24-48 hours but, I don't think soo. :dunno:

Because Version 3 applications are reviewed personally by Corey or Bryon, as they are rarely given out. You had to have had a very good reason. Plus, if you knew it only took up to 48 hrs, why didn't you post back in two days, instead of waiting a month to find out what was going on?
