PHP Changes for the Bad?

So it would seem whatever changes were made to the PHP system have completely rendered my website completely useless. My "?action=" commands do nothing, and now I can't reinstall with the php install file because of the new configuration. Guess I'm applying for an upgrade

Yeah, I would. Also, if it has anything to do with MySQL it won't work. MySQL is down right now so any database functions won't work.
