php commands blocked?

Hello, I am trying to install a script for my website. Upon trying to execute the script in order to configure the software, I'm getting the following error:

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/vbd/public_html/eqdkp/includes/class_template.php(253) : eval()'d code on line 253


Is this php commant not allowed by the server? Is there any way I can enable it or have someone enable it for my account? Please let me know, thanks.

Um, the page you posted is the Announcement page. You aren't able to view that? You don't have to login to that page, just read the thread.

And it describes logging into your account panel ( www.x10hosting.com/account/ and you login with your forum name and password.

my mistake, I guess i pasted the wrong link.

But I figured out that you have to log in with your forum login details, not the cpanel details.

It's the version of php you currently have enabled. There's basic intermediate and advanced versions and each has different security settings. You just need to request for either intermediate or advanced.
