PHP configs error

x10hosting sure to be #1 .The host is fast and many feature but some of PHP configs are wrong.

My site is www.happy2.x10hosting.com. I try to install joomla1.03(content manager). The install is succesful but when I clicked menu>system>system info

I got this error.
System Information PHP built On:
Warning: php_uname() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/happy2/public_html/joomla1/administrator/components/com_admin/admin.admin.html.php on line 111

and php config "files_upload" is off? so I can't upload any extension.

Login to your account panel: http://x10hosting.com/login with your FORUM user\pass. Once logged in there is a section on the left to request the new version of PHP. Request Version 2(Intermediate).
