PHP configuration (php.ini) - Where do I find it?

I am using the free hosting service. Is it possible to edit the PHP configurations? Where is located the php.ini file?

No, you don't have access to php.ini. You can make some minor configuration/feature changes by using the PHP version feature in cPanel, but your options are very limited. Due to abuse, the Free Hosting servers are locked down pretty tight.
