php configuration please help!!!!

how can i configure my php(php.ini) i could not find it
or is there some other way to do it?
some functions that i need do not work becose they are restricted...
like (phpinfo()) ad i need to configure it in order to run my site i want to upload/...
please help me to configure my php to work for me!!!!

Why do you need php.ini and phpinfo()? What are you trying to do?
