PHP configuration

are we allowed to configure stuff in our PHP?

i cant upload pictures to coppermine or 4images and some people are telling me its because the memory limit is 2M (whatever that is) and it should be set to 8M, is there anyway i can change it to this?

Update to V2 of PHP or V3.

i already have upgraded to V2 (intermediate) and was denyed V3, was told to post my problems here on the forum by the guy who sorts all that stuff out

If you have intermediate PHP the memory limit is 32 and the upload file limit is 35MB. (Not 2)
