php database adding

when i go into phpMyadmin it doesnt let me make a new database. is this an error or do i have to upgrade my php version through my account settings.

the problem is that the link is unclickable and has an error message below it saying No Privileges

You can't create new databases through phpmyadmin. You have to make them through cPanel. Click mysql databases or mysql datbase wizard to create a new database. I suggest using the wizard.

What do you need SQL Server for? If you're using ASP.NET, then Apache is using mod_mono, so ASP.NET should work fine.
