php email form with hotmail

okay so my php mail form and built in autoreply worked when i entered my hotmail address to test it a week ago. now though the hotmail account will receive the autoreply, but the x10 mailbox or forwarding address never get the form. it works fine with gmail and almost any other made up address, the form arrives in the inbox, but with a hotmail address as the sender it seems the x10 system is blocking the email from arriving to the forwarded address and even the local x10 mailbox. any quick fix suggestions? ive seen this in other places on the forum has anyone figured this out?

even some gmail addresses don't arrive now, though the autoreplies always make it which makes me think something is wrong with x10...does anyone have any insight on this issue?!
