PHP Error Reporting not working

Even if I have error_reporting(E_ALL) at the top of the script, no errors are being shown. The page is just blank if an error is supposed to be shown.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I 'see' --> "This website is now out of service." - and other stuff
The page is not blank
PHP script errors (if any) will be in a file [ error_log ] in the folder the script was running from - on x10hosting's free-hosting servers

Hi spellx10,

Currently, on all our free hosting servers, all errors are being saved in a file called error_log in your directory, rather than being revealed to the user. This may change in the future.

You should be able to change this setting using the "Select PHP Version" in cPanel.
