if i install any message boards it gives me the following error

i got denied...

Your application for PHP v3 was denied. The reason stated is -"Version 3 is not for any new hosting account to use. If you read the description on the account panel you would know this. Please apply for version 2."

but how i understand by that post u sent me to i need "Advanced PHP Configuration"

Request Version 2(Intermediate).

You can only request version 3 if a admin tells you to.
