i upgraded my php to v2 but get this error

After your account PHP version is upgraded, you need to wait approximately 4 hours for the settings to update.
If you've waited this time and you still get the error, please post back.

been over 4 hours and still same ours

well as see that support here aint quick (even tho there is alot of member's) I feel i should move to another host. I have never seen a host have php limited like this one.

We had to restrict PHP, because many members abused of our servers, and that produced slowness and instability in the servers.

I tried to access your two forums at:

But it seems you've deleted them..

yes i removed them, if you like i will reinstall smf and phpbb so you can see

by the way, i get a similar error:
