PHP Errors...

I'm getting PHP errors on x10hosting that don't seem to appear on any other hosts..
The errors are:

Warning: file_get_contents(images/wowss/wowss_data.txt) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/december/public_html/server/wowserverstatus.php on line 76

Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for images/wowss/wowss_data.txt in /home/december/public_html/server/wowserverstatus.php on line 77

(http://december.x10hosting.com/server/wowserverstatus.php)

I've seen this script working on several sites, so I know the problem is not in the script.. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
