php files opening as text

i just finished installing vbulletin on http://teensideout.x10hosting.com/forums .when ever i try to go to the forums, i only see garbled text in firefox, and in IE, i get an option to download a file.

Not just the vB license but also a vB copyright removal license. I guess this loser has nothing better to do than to pirate software.

I know not everyone who uses free hosting with IPB or vB uses illegal software though. I have a perpetual license for IPB which costed $185 but I choose to use free hosting anyway. Why pay when I can get great hosting for free?

But yeah, I can tell this guy's board is nulled just by looking at a few things. I reported it to Jelsoft, because even though his board says it's nulled in a few places, and shows signs of being nulled that only nulled boards have, only Jelsoft "truly" knows.

They'd need solid evidence to prove it, which only Jelsoft can provide.

I thought about that "why would someone who puchased [expensive software name here] use free hosting" and it's the same as "why would someone with paid hosting use [free software name here]."
