php fopen function

Is fopen() turned on? If not can it be turned on?

Lol, is fopen(). Yes, its like the most critical function in PHP. How can you tell that php has been updated? I didn't think so. If its because your sig is working thats because I asked NedreN to recompile the GD+ libraries.

i checked cpanel and it says the php version is 4.4.2. It used to be 4.4.1. and because my sig is working

im saying that it isnt turned on cause one of my fopen scripts arent working and it used to work a while ago so...

i dont get any error. it just doesnt work.
