I have a problem with my script.
I recreate my account and before the recreation this function worked fine but now i have this problem.
Warning: DOMDocument::load() [domdocument.load]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/stsights/public_html/news/hour/sms/weather.php on line 8.
Could you help me please???

Could any one check my php version version because I think for the re-creation was modified and that is the reason that this php funcion is disabled, and in http://x10hosting.com/account says that I have intermediate php version but is not working....
