php.ini memory limit request

Could i please get the memory limit incresed on my php.ini. The current limit is limiting me from rebuilding my site and restoring my templates i am currently getting a memory error as you can see on this site. http://lobaras.com/xenforo/
So i would like to request that my memory limit be upgraded temporarily to any of these values: 12mb, 128, 256mb

That limit has to be set on a server and should be set to 64M for everyone. Apparently it got reset lower during the server work.

when are they going to set it back to 64M? :/ it's been two days...
