I am experiencing a (very frustrating) recurring problem on my server.

Everytime I try to install a system that is PHP based (MediaWiki, phpBB), when I try to do the initial installation, when I try to navigate to the install page following the instructions given by phpBB or MediaWiki (I'm fighting with phpBB right now), I get a blank page.

Sometimes my browser even shows in the address bar the page I am supposed to be at, but it is still blank. I have yet to experience anything this frustrating :hahano:.

If you are x10 admin, PM me and I'll give you the link to the install page for my current phpBB, and you can see the issue for yourself.

ANY solution to this would be appreciated more than you know.
-Thanks

It looks like your account has been moved to the new server, You may need to wait a few days before your PHP is set to Advanced. I'm trying to contact the person in charge of Stoli's server transfer.

Thank you so much.

I have been working on this all morning, and then I had this problem and had no solution, which made me very frustrated.

Let me know how it goes (and when I can go ahead and finish the setup), and once again, thanks for the help!

-Thanks!

:dunno:
OK, I have tried to install phpBB again from a fresh install package from the phpBB website, and I continue to get the same error.
I have attached the error I get, and if you are official x10 personnel, if you PM me, I will give you the link to the install page so you can see for yourself.

Also, my account page on x10hosting.com now says that I have basic PHP with an "Upgrade Pending".
