php intermediate upgrade pending

Any idea how long the PHP upgrade will take?
It's three days since my application for intermediate php was accepted, but this message is still showing:
Your application for PHP v was accepted and your account is pending a PHP version upgrade.
Did something went wrong with this upgrade?

I need this upgrade to upload files to my coppermine photo gallery.
