PHP Intermediate Upgrade

Dear X10,

I am wanting to start a Dolphin site here, and looking through the forums, I found that my PHP will need to be ugraded. Please can you help me do so and does that mean I can run FFMPEG.exe ok?

PHP levels have been off for over a year if not 2; you still can't run FFMPEG however, as that's a massive resource hog. Even paid shared doesn't have ffmpeg - you'd need a VPS to use that.

Far as the levels go, all functions you can have enabled are already enabled - if the app throws a hissy about one being disabled, it's not usable or enableable, especially the variations of exec (which is what you'd need in order to run a program, although since it's a linux server, running a windows EXE would be difficult at best).

I'll install it and see if it complains. I will probably be embedding most videos from Youtube anyways, but the uploading of Vids may come in useful.

I mostly want it for a community site, but it's one bummer to config.
