PHP Mail() on Starka not working

I tried to send a mail, but it returns the "Warning: mail() has been disabled for security reasons" error. I read http://status.x10hosting.com and it says Starka should be restored and working, but it isn't. :\

php mai() is disabled because of high load on free servers
