PHP Nuke 8.1 installing steps

Hello everyone, Im very new to making websites and dont know very much about them, Im trying to put PHP Nuke 8.1 onto the free webhosting plan i got from 10xwebhosting. I was wondering if anyone could please help me step by step with really detailed wording since im new to all the webmaking lingo. So far i have the website account and i have php nuke 8.1. Now i need someone to tell me what to do next. All added replies are welcomed.:dunno:
