PHP problem: use of eval is forbidden

I don't know much about PHP so I'm afraid I don't understand much about this error.

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/seran/public_html/sjptalk/includes/template.php(174) : eval()'d code on line 174

I tried installing SMF and then it returned a similar error but this time it's phpBB2.

This is simply an error given when a certain function has been disabled in the server.

This one was disabled for security, but many users are having problems with it - so the admins may be looking at a compromise but I can't promise anything
