Hello,

I want to create a contact form which uses PHp (http://www.freeformmaker.com/). But when I publish me webpage this form does not work. What should I do? Also, I need PHP for Login and Register pages

Did you uploaded the three files from the Zip to public_html? and did you try http://yoursubdomain.x10hosting.com/form.php
