Php problem

Hi ppl im having problems with Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration,
I read the forums and i no that i have to request to change php version or level
The question is where i do that i look trought cpanel and found nothing to do that

If you read the forums, you would know its not in Cpanel that you request the upgrade, but your Account Management Panel ( www.x10hosting.com/account/ )
