php problem.

I can't run file bigdump.php on host.When run it show:

Warning: opendir(/usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: Permission denied in /home/xuanhoa/public_html/3/bigdump2.php on line 339
Error listing directory /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys

you might want to try and change the permissions using an ftp upload manager, try that and see how it goes.

Also be patient when waiting for a reply, the x10 staff have alot to deal with.

I don't know whether you have permission to access the /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys directory or not. If you have permission and its not working, then consider upgrading your PHP Version. The function may have been disabled for you.

Regular users do not have permissions allowing them to access /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys. Why does that script need to access that directory?
