Im having a problem installing temples on my joomla site. it says xml file canot be found and it is there. Also i am unable to view config files for some of the ad ons. I was told that this is because my php is in safe mode. I am using the site to create a online community with private messaging and profiles.

Safe mode will not be turned off as it creates security problems.
