I need php safe mode disabled for my hosting account because I need a site transfer program to extract files in my public directory and php safe mode is blocking it.Thanks a lot

We unfortunately cannot make php.ini changes for individual accounts. In addition, running a Torrent Tracker is a violation of the Terms of Service (constantly running script/script hosting, along with tons of problems related to copyright infringement).
