PHP setting,Display error from on to off,regards.

I have to change the PHP setting ,Display Errors to off,I dad tried by change the .htaccess file by the code
#
# disable display of startup errors
#
php_flag display_startup_errors off
#

#
# disable display of all other errors
#
php_flag display_errors off
#

#
# disable html markup of errors
#
php_flag html_errors off
#

#
# enable logging of errors
#
php_flag log_errors on



but, I got the error report as

Hello,

You cannot use php_flag or php_value in .htaccess, our setup forbids it. Server settings are system-wide.

To turn off error displays, insert the following in your script near the top (under <?php): error_reporting( E_NONE );
