PHP still pending upgrade

Whtas going on my PHP verison has been pending applaction for 2 days now it says may take 12 hrs not 48 wtf is going on i was told this was a great host but my site wont work if i cant get upgraded to Intermediate PHP Configuration i was told by admin to upgrade
