My request to upgrade to PHP Intermediate was accepted. It's been several days since I got the email. It still says "Upgrade Pending" and have not got another email. What should I do?
Your account's PHP Version has been upgraded to Intermediate (v2). It's a bug in ACM, I think. I'll point an admin / senior staff to that issue. It won't affect your account.
Yes, it's a bug in our backend. The panel will show you that you have version 2, and also that the upgrade is pending.
I've just checked in our system and you do have version 2 (Intermediate).
Although it shows you have an upgrade pending, the PHP Versions system is currently down for maintenance. Please stay tuned to News and Announcements for when it will come back.
