PHP Upgrade is getting too long!

Hi!
I requested a php upgrade to the intermediate version yesterday, but 12 hours have passed and still the PHP upgrade is pending! However, it says that my request has been accepted. How long should I wait?

The reason for my upgrade request is that I get the following error in my website:


Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/kanag/public_html/libraries/joomla/utilities/simplexml.php(334) : eval()'d code on line 334

I'm using Joomla!

Please be patient, PHP upgrades may take a little longer due to the account transfers from Vox to Stoli.
