php upgrade past 12 hours

Hi,

I put in request for PHP upgrade almost 21 hours ago, it said it would take up to 12 hours, I was wondering what was going on.

You have the intermediate version of PHP. Did you request the advanced version?

Hi,

I Have requested intermediate, and was accepted. I received an email stating up to 12 hours till upgrade, I have not received the email stating that it was finally implemented. When I login, it still shows I have the basic, and the upgrade is pending still.
Edit:

24 hours, and I am still awaiting upgrade.
