php upgrade problem

I choose to upgrade the php version, but i have not yet received the final confirmation email. It has been 2 days now, and i have nothing.

any php page comes up with

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@flagrama.exofire.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please read the news: http://forums.x10hosting.com/server-alerts/42063-ad-free-cossacks-new-post.html. After Apache upgrade, your site should be working fine.

I think that you misunderstood, what I'm saying is that; I have not gotten my PHP v2 confirmation e-mail, and my php pages are giving me a '500 Internal Server Error' and it has been like that for the past day or 2

Php pages that contains only;

<?php echo '<p>Hello World</p>'; ?>

as PHP code.

My problem is that after at least 36 hours my PHP has not been confirmed to being upgraded to PHPv2

Besides, now that Apache is being upgraded I cannot see any part of my site now at all, no 404 or 500 errors either.
