Yesterday, I submitted a php upgrade request to Intermediate. Within a few minutes, I recieved an e-mail notification saying that my request had been accepted, and that I would recieve another e-mail when the change went through within 3 hours. It's been about 30 hours, and it still says "Upgrade Pending" in my account managment page. I think the process should have been finished by now. Am I wrong? Is something wrong?

There working on server update it is posted in the news section you account upgrade was most likely put in a queue along with other members who applied the upgrade script is limited to so many hosts per hour so it may take some time to get your site updated.
