PHP upgrade

Hi, i applied for an upgrade to my php, which has initially been confirmed. However, I have unfortunately not received the confirmation email to say that it has been switched.
I'm assuming it hasn't physically switched yet as my feedback form is still throwing up errors (this could obviously be a separate problem, but one bridge at a time !).

There was some minor issues over the weekend with this. An admin will have to manually add it for you.

Just need to work out why my php script is throwing a fit at me.
