php upload help

i have a forum in my home pc i want to upload it how can i upload i php forum in the domain i just activated pls help .. i have the whole forum i just need it to be uploaded.. pls help

Connect to you site useing FTP and Upload if you dont have a FTP client i do recemend SmartFTP, witch can be downloaded at http://smartftp.com

where in what folder... couse there are .. xxxx folders pls ... tell me

The public_html folder is the root folder. for the data that people will see when going to your domain
