Php upload max file size

Hi x10 team actually i recently created video sharing website where everyone can upload videos but php upload max file size limit is 16 mb and everyone knows video files are greater than 16 mb and if you suggest me to upload via ftp or cpanel file manager but from there only i can upload what about other so i want you guys to increase php upload max size for my account please its humble request

You'll find that video sharing (or file sharing of any sort) is going to run you afoul of the terms of service in any case and get you a permanent suspension. You checked a box that said you read the ToS when you signed up; maybe it's time you actually did read them.
