PhP Upload

I am having difficulty uploading a set of PhP files that cross several subfolders. does anyone have any advice that may be useful.
If any more info is required pls ask and ill try to be as accomodating as possible

Im not receiving any errors that im aware of however i seem to be unable to upload the files in one go and am having to do it one file at a time and some files are in subfolders which i am having to creat myself. i have tried creating these folders but the folders are not showing up in the file tree.

You should, in fact, zip them and upload them, as then the directory structure will be saved.
