PHP V3 Approved however upgrade been pending for more than 12 hours

PHP V3 is rarely given out, unless of course you have a solid reason for the upgrade. It may take some time for your account to be upgraded.

When I log in it says application accepted your php version is pending upgrade, i mean how long are we looking at here?

at the end of it all the feature i need is that of IMAP_OPEN i believe it to only be available php3 if i dont have that feature then i dont have a use for the service sadly
