PHP version application

Ok I sent an application in 5 days ago, and it still says "Your application for PHP v was accepted and your account is pending a PHP version upgrade"

Then it shows its pending..

"Intermediate PHP Configuration - Upgrade pending"

Is this supposed to take this long?
Do I need to make a new application?

Please help, thanks.

it should take about 1 day. maybe you should pm one of the staff
