I recently requested a PHP upgrade, it seemed complete, what with the account pael stating it was, but:

Update check for fusionBoard 4 said:
Your server does not have the allow_url_fopen activated, please contact your host and tell them to turn it on.
You can always check for updates manually by going to php-Invent.com.

Weren't allow_url_fopen and allow_url_include supposed to be activated on upgrade to PHP Intermediate? It seems as if my request wasn't fully completed.

(Also, fusionBoard 4 is an "infusion" (infusion being a development tool) for the well-known non-fant CMS PHP-Fusion)
Edit:
Also, if you need my site's url, it's http://blackhandclan.exofire.net
Edit:
I also get this when trying to view my php info to see what is up with my PHP:
Code:
[B]Warning[/B]: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in [B]/home/blackhnd/public_html/administration/phpinfo.php[/B] on line [B]21[/B]
Edit:
Why is no one replying to this? I seriously need this fixed so I can update my mod from 4 beta 1 to 4 stable.

Our records indicate you have PHP V2 (Intermediate) this can take up to 48 hours to successfully update.

It's been about a day since I requested the upgrade and still nothing.

I verified you do infact have version too. It seems to be a problem with your script.

I was planning on replacing the script anyway, none of the mods worked.
