Php version not yet upgraded for 3 days

My Php version not yet upgraded to php v2.

For last three days i saw this message in my panel

"Your application for PHP v was accepted and your account is pending a PHP version upgrade."

Please upgrade it..It took 72 hours....but no use....

Im in urgent need....please help me out

It appears you have the intermediate version of PHP.
