php version says Intermediate but still Basic?

Hi

I think our account was moved from Vox and we require Intermendiate version of php for phpbb3 to work properly please.

On the account control panel it says we have "Intermediate" level php but I think this must have been reset when we were moved off Vox.

Please can you fix it?

Please see the server announcement - php levels are a known issue and will be resolve once the copy finishes
