PHP versions.

Hi! I'm new here but I just realized that to create a forum, we needed to change our PHP version. I could really hope that version 1 and 2 are merged so that many people would not need to go through all the hassle. That's what I feel. I know it is to stop misuse but it should be more about convenience. A little tweaking won't hurt, right? Thanks!

Not everyone of them use forums on their site. So to need forums you need to upgrade to Intermediate. All this was taken into consideration and the PHP system was set up.
